This is Oak Dust – Grade 0/20 (less than 2mm) – perfect for cold smokers like the ProQ. Also suitable for hot smoking ovens and stovetop smokers. Oak wood is probably the best known wood and the most common wood used for smoking in the UK – best suited for red meat and game. These wood chips are chemical free and ground to a consistency that gently smoulders when ignited so a little bit goes a long way.

Size S:
100g – Contains a minimum of 100g of wood chips – suitable for approximately 16 smokes in a stove top smoker
Supplied in a biodegradable resealable bag – approximate dimensions: 22cm x 15cm

Size M:
