This is made possible by the PRO40 gazebo’s incredible list of features. From the strong but still lightweight aluminium frame which has double internal struts inside each aluminium scissor profile that boost the structure’s strength by around 30%, to the central vertical strut, with built-in internal spring. This central strut forms the apex of the roof and ensures a perfect tension of the canopy.

The incredibly tough nylon joints and connections are backed by our industry leading lifetime warranty. To ensure peace of mind the canopy and sidewalls are covered by a 12 month warranty and the frame work is covered by a 24 month warranty. This demonstrates our strong belief in the excellence of our products.

Each foldable aluminium PRO40 gazebo comes with a complimentary heavy-duty wheeled storage bag, guy ropes, and pegs for immediate use upon delivery.

Framework:
Commercial aluminium tubing with a 46mm diagonal.
Internal ribbing on all cross bars.
Galvanised steel foot plates.
5-position height adjustment with a minimum height to valance of 170cm and a maximum height to valance of 200cm.
The minimum height to apex is 303cm, and the maximum height of the apex is 333cm.
Equipped with quick-release pull-pin brackets and glass fibre reinforced nylon brackets.

Canopy:
Made of 350g polyester PVC-coated textile fabric.
Fully waterproof with taped seams.
Features reinforced material and stitching at all corners and stress points for durability.
Flame retardant to: BS 5438:1989, TEST 2B – BS 7837:1996.
Colour fastness EN ISO 105 802-2002:5+.

Sidewalls:
Constructed from 350g polyester PVC-coated textile fabric.
Fully waterproof with taped seams.
High-quality zips are used to join each panel together vertically.
50mm wide Velcro bands are included to affix the top of the sidewalls to the canopy and individually to each frame leg.
Each set of sidewalls combines window panels with internal privacy blinds, double-zipped doorways, and solid panels for versatility and functionality.
