This is Apple Dust – Grade 0/20 (less than 2mm) – perfect for cold smokers like the ProQ. Also suitable for hot smoking ovens and stovetop smokers. Apple is slightly sweet and fruity and is a good all rounder that is excellent for fish, beef, poultry and pork. These wood chips are chemical free and ground to a consistency that gently smoulders when ignited so a little bit goes a long way.

Size S:
100g – Contains a minimum of 100g of wood chips – suitable for approximately 16 smokes in a stove top smoker
Supplied in a biodegradable resealable bag – approximate dimensions: 22cm x 15cm

Size M:
500g – Contains a minimum of 500g of wood chips – suitable for approximately 80 smokes in a stove top smoker
Supplied in a resealable bag – approximate dimensions: 29cm x 20cm
