- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
- Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly written on the return package to help expedite processing.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
